I have made a complaint w.r.t. to my broad band service no. 0120 4568503 on 11.07.2021 at 121. Despite giving certain instruction the customer care executive did not lodge the complaint and when followed up on 12.07.20121 the customer care executive RIAZ denied that any such complaint or call is received by them. I forwarded the photo of call made by me to your customer care email also. Mr Riaz also did not lodge any compliant. Today again I called at 121 they also refused to acknowledge any phone call received by me.
This modus operandi is adopted by AIRTEL for Zero complaint by not lodging my compliant is an excellent idea and should be adopted by all.
I will be applying for disconnection of my number and port the same to other operator who do not have such policy of not registering complaints. It is worthless to state that i have been a loyal customer of Airtel for more than 25 years.
