I have been trying to file a complaint of my dead landline since past 15days but not able to do so. The app also does not have any option to describe your problem or talk to anyone. They have set options of just adding deleting services which is really annoying. You don’t even have the option of getting the connection removed. How to contact them?? How to call them if you have a Vodafone mobile phone on calling 121 you get connected to Vodafone’s IVR
We end up paying for the bills every month even if the connection is not working.
