Hello,
My name is Karan Singla. I am currently in Canada. I am an Indian Citizen. I lost my JIO SIM and I am requesting JIO customer care from past 10 months. After all steps are done, they again ask me to start with step 1. This has happened multiple times and they are not providing any solution to me. Please help me in getting my SIM Card.
