Dear Team,

Today we got a call from Umesh your Airtel staff..
  1. He spoke to my Husband Mr Raghavan  who is using postpaid card and told him that he has a plan where he can share 85 gb with the family member and there will be no charges but he has not told us that it wil be changed from prepaid to postpaid.

I have a prepaid card and I had just recharged with Rs 599 plan on 10 may @ 6.27 pm and also had recharged with rs 89 and 98 rs for extra data top up.
Request you to please call me and get my card back to prepaid…and my Data pack at the earliest.
