Text of Complaint by Pragnesh khadela:

(1) I visited the airtel care at madhavdarshan, dist. Bhavnagar, state.. Gujarat, for my airtel post paid plan change. When i visit the care and tell him that i have to change my corporate plan form Rs. 164 to Rs. 102 plan. The customer care executive said that the plan is closed from the company. After some day i know that the plan is not closed by airtel company. This is the matter that care executive is only focus on more commission so he mis guide with some more expensive plan and behavior of the exacuti5 is Egostic. So i reaquested to give him some manner and take strict action.
(2) and my second complain is that the i have airtel fast-tage for my car. Some day ago i visited dhari toll naka near dist. amreli state gujarat. I pay for rs 90 of toll after 1 day of that i received sms from airtel payment bank that i have pass toll agian and charged is Rs. 215 . So i complain it on given mobile number in that sms. But after more than 1 week no respoce from airtel bank. Pleas do somthing for that of my payment. That is my to problem with airtel.
