Text of Complaint by Nishant Upadhyay:

Myself Nishant Upadhyay, I stay at Howrah,  Salkia , west Bengal 711106. Phone number : 8582921277

I complained to customers care service airtel Kolkata 3 times. My last complaint ticket number is – 20709527822.

In my 1st complaint customer care personals told me that they will solve our locality internet service.  Than I waited for many days but nothing had solved . Again I called 2nd time, again customer care service personal assured me they will solve it till 1st july 2020 and they told me to recharge my new internet pack with full assureity but again I received disappointment and frustration because of their poor internet service.

When 3rd time I called kolkata customer care service they started questioning me and I told them I already made 2 times complaints before than customer care employee Ms. Chandrani mazumdar escalated my call to Mr. Tonamy Roy, and this gentleman started arguing with me and started blaming me that I am lying indirectly.  I asked him to forward my call to his senior but his gentleman talking so unprofessionally like I am his rival and made mistake by recharging a new internet pack. But in my 2nd complaint call they told me to recharge a new internet pack with assuring internet service will be good till 1st july. But after having so much arguments with Mr. Tonamy Roy he forwarded my call again to Mr. Jayant Bhagat who said he is a supervisor.  And he also said my problem will be not get solved by them till next month August 2020.

I am really disappointed and frustrated in my every complaint call they tell me to recharge a new internet pack and say next month problem will get solved.

I would suggest and humbly request to listen the recorded calls of my all complaints. Employees of Airtel kolkata are professional,  untrained and very rude to their customers. And try to cheat them by asking to recharge again.

Please help me .
