Hi,
My name ish Shakti and I have been ur customer for more than a decade..but this experience is the worst..u should rethink of outsourcing it to someone better..
My issue
I only wanted following 3 things on my black connection
My number is 9711167835
1- disconnect or discontinue Wi-Fi on immediate basis.
2- disconnect stb 002
3- downgrade stb 001 to basic plan
For these 3 things I have spent almost 45 mins on 3 different calls, only to hear.. I have to unbundle it, they have split some other stb(don’t know of that), application giving an error, call after 4 hours, call after 2 hours, will call back in 4 hours..etc..
Can someone responsible look into this?..
I have already paid unbilled amount of rs 842… and I want my security deposit of stb 002 to be adjusted in upcoming bills..
I only want to keep
My postpaid connection 9711167835
Stb 001 with basic plan.
And I will not pay for things which I am not using now as I have already cleared unbilled dues..I should only get the bills for postpaid connection and stb001 that to with adjustments of security deposit..
Let me know if anyone can handle this or give me email ids of nodal officer..
