Airtel customer care Ramamurthy Nagar outlet – store manager has misbehaved and abused. Due to which I have to surrender my Airtel digital tv connection and convert from postpaid to prepaid connection. I have visited the outlet 7 times to get queries addressed but inorder to resolve my query – Syed Qalandar Ali misbehaved and insulted the customer. And threaten to discontinue my airtel services. Although I am ready to settle and make payments.
