I submitted a simple request of updating the nominee in my PayTM money account. Since there is no option to update it myself on the app I had to ask the custmore care.
It has been over 2.5 weeks now and the response has been extremely pathetic.
They ignore all emails / messages on the open ticket. If they do decide to call you and you miss the call, there is no number to call back on, and they will not get back to you for over a week.
Why doesn’t PayTM money provide a number for customers to contact their team directly or why don’t they train their staff to actually respond to the customer and resolve a simple issue?
