I had approached the Airtel store in TTK road, Chennai for problems related to e-sim. The person (Mr. Charles Christopher) asked me to send an email, which was some minutes after he told us. But he hadn’t opened it until the next evening. He asked me to come directly to the store at a specific time, but he wasn’t there in that specified time. He came after an hour and told me that the content in the email is not enough. Had he opened it earlier, I could have saved time and travel. The worst part is he asked me what to do next. Like who is working there?
