vikas patel say that he is in army n he wants to buy some Lehenga 3 pieces he chose n ask for total n want to pay online only I give him Details he say mere pass military base se QR code through hi payment kar sak ta hu n when he send link n I just opened it my nearly 16000 rs gone from my a/c plz c u help me to Return that amount. I paid him through phone pe and paytm. I realised that he is a fraud and he asking to pay more money to get refund.
