I took 8 month Gym membership with the order ID# 2821862350
I’m unable to use the membership it is very crowded at what ever time I attend. I’ve contacted their customer support multiple time and they simply say attend another center which is very far from my location. I’ll not be able to attend the same as my wife is pregnent and even she is attending with me. She also has a seperate membership.
I dont understand why should I pay when I cannot use the sevices. It is all time crowded and also I dont know how can they allow during this pandemic. Leave the pandemic aside, I cant even workout there as there is no space and fully crowded all the time.
I want this to be cancelled and refund me the amount for the remaining membership.
