I enrolled my son for Cuemath by paying fees for one year.
As the demo was done 1:1 we were told that there will be a dedicated teacher for every student and the teacher will give 100% attention to the kid during the class, however after a few classes we found that the teacher is missing from the class most of the time and mostly was unable to help the child with a problem as they were busy with other kids.
When we confronted the teacher we came to know that the teacher was teaching 3 students at the same time.
It was not at all communicated to us and when we asked cuemath representative to stop the classes and initiate a refund,they refused.
I am still waiting for the refund which is approximately Rs.20,000.
I want to file a legal complaint against cuemath.
