Iam writing to bring to your attention an urgent matter concerning an unauthorized debit from my account.
On the 2th of JAN 2025 an amount of 2699/- rupees was debited from my account by CTRAZORPAY without my explicit consent. To the best of my knowledge, I have not made any purchases or authorized any transactions with them. This deduction was completely unexpected and has caused me significant inconvenience.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in addressing this issue. I would like to register a formal complaint against CTRAZORPAY for this unauthorized action and seek a prompt refund of the deducted amount.
Please provide guidance on the necessary steps I should take to resolve this matter and ensure the reimbursement of the debited funds. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
