We placed an order on www.crystaljewellers.com site for a product worth Rs.1300 on 20th January. They contacted us next day by sending the product image to confirm on the order through Cash on Delivery. Post confirmation, they shipped the order through ShipRocket which later was delivered through Delhivery on 25th January. We video recorded the unboxing and found out the product to be very different than what we ordered. Shared with them over whatsapp and they sent the refund link to place return order request. The link says error and no refund confirmation. Tried contacting them again on whatsapp and call but they are now not even reading msgs nor receiving call. Its a big fraud scandal going and many like me are looted this way. Google Reviews and here, there are many same complaints.
