I have ordered Crucial 8gb Ram DDr4 for Computer from Amazon . i got the order and put on my computer but it was not compatible with my computer so i was about to return it but there was replacement option showing . they send replaced . and again i request for return and refund but after taken the products amazon saying this is not a products which we had sent to you . they hold my complaint more than 15 days then in last they said they wont refund my amount they said i returned wrong Different products and serial number is not matching , what the hell services they are providing and making fool to customers. please do needful on my complaint and help to refund my amount thanking you .
