I had purchased Crossbeats Nexus watch from crossbeats website order id 132504. After receiving the product i found maximum sensors provided in the watch are fake. It can messure heart rate of pillow. Without wearing watch whole night it messure heart rate, spo2. While riding scooty it measures step counts. So i want a refund and compensation from Crossbeats.
