DearSir,
I am writing to raise a complaint about an orbit infinite smartwatch I purchased from crossbeats website 22 may 2022. The model number is orbit infinity.
Unfortunately, the watch has stopped working and I haven’t been able to use it since. I brought this to your attention several times and I did not receive any feedback.
As per the warranty details, I would like a replacement, refund, or repair but the company people is saying we don’t have stock for two months & then they said we can give a lesser variant almost 3000 thousand less amount product the offered so agreed to that & paid courier charges & then 15 days over but no response. I look forward to your response as soon as possible and let me know how to proceed.
