I have purchased crossbeat smart watch from Company website and it is non working during warranty period.As per the guidance of customer care I have shipped my watch to the Crossbeat centre based at Banglore from Ahmedabad by own cost.Once received watch as Service centre they have replied that your watch is ok and we dont find any problem in it so please do the payment of Rs.99 online son we can shipped your watch back to your address.I have done the payment.Whwn i received watch problem is same and not resolved and in non working condition so i have made complaint again and they request to share me video of watch and i have shared the same but even after 15 days not received any update and now again insist to send watch to service Centre by own cost and customer care is not responding at all.If they have not reconized problem in watch than why i should may shipping charges.
