I have Crompton amica geyser that’s out of warranty. Called Authorised service center for repair they quoted charges for service cost and faulty part cost and that’s acceptable. Now they half opened the product and telling me while opening the heating element if that gets broken customer have to pay for it. Why i should be paying for damages not done by me
