Hi Team,
I had Purchased 40 Inch Croma LED from DLF Mall of India , Noida on 16 Aug 2019 with 3 years warranty from Croma and 2 year extended warranty from Onsitego . Now my LED is not working since 19 Nov and neither croma nor Onsitego is giving me GV for that amount . Onsitego is saying that they will replace LED with LED which is not acceptable . i am not interested in taking LED from them . I wnat GV from them of equivalent amount but they are not doing so. It has been over 20 days that I am without TV at my home. Please help me in this case
