I registered a complaint for the non working of AC (Hitachi 1.5 T Split) on April 26, 2022 with croma extended warranty helpline number. There is no response even after 10 days. In between I had called atleast 4 times to remind. They say that the matter will be escalated but nothing happens. Its a very pathetic response by a TATA owned subsidiary.
