Sir, Already lodged complaint on in the month of Janauary, 24 mailed and also I have visited in kurla croma and (8times) for replacement of ac remote However, no response was received after more than 20 days. Further there is no escalation matrix contact number
or email id wherein i can escalate the same. Please do the needful. Bhupendra yadav -8879666050 .
I have raised complaint to Ms Sarita bamne however I not getting the response from her I’d as well more then 20 day she is only sending formal reply to us team connect with you however till today I not got any single call for the same .
For harassment I want compansation as well .
After sales service is not there in croma.
