Text of Complaint by Nikhil Vitthal Kudke:

Dear sir/madam

             This is Nikhil vitthal kudke few days back I lost my sim card in bangalore city so after that the date of 29 march 2022 time 4 to 5 pm I visit ram maruti road thane airtel outlet and purchase new sim card with existing number 9326886338 but there is something suspicious activity I saw in outlet when I reached he asked me a aadhar card without any number And information and he completely done process like ( taking aadhaar card photo and my face photos) when I asked to executive you don’t know my number so which process you done in your airtel system for new sim card he said no but he complete the process for new sim card and after same outlet there are 2 person they have same issue lost sim card and those people get a new sim card without submitted any id and aadhaar original copy so in future if I m facing any issue fraud or any kind of illegal activities from any sim card after the date of 29 March 2020 so the airtel bharti companies and ram maruti road thane airtel outlet responsibilities. 

         I all ready raised request many time to airtel help line no. My number was hack 2 times but after no responding form airtel backend team yet so I request you please look into this matter.
