I am writing to formally file a complaint against Flipkart and realme concerning an unresolved issue regarding the Dead on Arrival (DOA) replacement of a television set purchased through Flipkart.

Issue Description:
On 2nd Dec 2023, I received the purchased TV and immediately scheduled an installation with the authorized technician. Unfortunately, the technician confirmed that the TV was Dead on Arrival (DOA) and submitted a DOA request, which was subsequently approved by the Realme.
Denial from Flipkart:
Despite the approval for a replacement by the brand, Flipkart has been uncooperative in facilitating the replacement process. Multiple attempts have been made to resolve the matter through direct communication with Flipkart, but the response has been inadequate, and they have denied responsibility for the issue.
Denial from Flipkart and Realme:
Additionally, Realme has also been unresponsive to my attempts to seek assistance directly. Both Flipkart and Realme are denying accountability for the defective product, leaving me in an extremely unsatisfactory and inconvenient situation.

Request for Intervention:
I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Court to resolve this matter promptly. The prolonged delay in obtaining a replacement for the defective TV has caused undue stress and inconvenience, and I believe the intervention of the Consumer Court is necessary to ensure a fair resolution.
Relief Sought:
I kindly request the Consumer Court to direct Flipkart and Realme to expedite the replacement process, ensuring that I receive a functional TV at the earliest. Additionally, I request compensation for the mental and emotional distress caused by the prolonged delay and the inconvenience faced.
I trust that the Consumer Court will handle this matter with the utmost urgency and fairness. I am prepared to provide any additional information or attend any hearings as required.
