I have made 2 orders from www.cristalkart.com (#1930& for the other order, I did not get any notification) on 4th Feb, 2021. I made the orders back to back on the same day. I was trying to contact them via their chatbot assistance on the webpage, but they never responded. Attached is the proof of one of my orders placed.
