I have taken a loan from Creditt plus and Asked me provide some extra time to pay agreed to pay extra charges as well but Rahul from collection team talks In abusive language and sending msges to my contact.
Please take some strict action against them they literally harras people by using abusing language. Also I have checked as per my knowledge they are not registered as NBFC.
They are following any RBI guidelines.
