Hi,
Till now I have taken 10 lakh loan from Creditt plus app and i have paid 15 lakh with interest.
Recently I took 33,950 rs and on the due date i couldn’t pay it due to medical emergency.Its not even past 20 days n creditt plus app he harrased me to all my contacts and sending my image to all my contacts and telling me as a fraud.
They dint even consider that till now I have paid so much interest.Also I am ready to clearvodf 33950 rs but they are charging 55000 for 33950 loan as late penalty charges.This is absolutely ridiculous and I am not sure why RBI allow this kind of apps.
I am gone sue them for defamation case for 5 crores as I have ll the proof.
