I have no option so I choose to reach out to you and I hope you will definitely help me.

Today is my repayment date for Creditt loan Application. Repayment amount is 21380. Fraud Creditt have deducted that amount 2 times from my account. Please inform them to refund back my 21380 which was taken twice from account.

I have attached a screenshot and you can clearly see that total loan amount is 21380 and they have deducted that amount 2 times from my account. I have also shared a snap of my bank statement where it is deducted 2 times.

I tried calling them no response.
I tried raising a support ticket no response.
I tried mailing different email of them no response.

I have to pay medical bills for my self but my account is empty because of this fraud application deducted my amount twice.

I request you to please help me.
