just 2-3 days due post the EMI due date and the loan collection guys have sent emails, threatening on calls asking to make payment within 24 hours or else law suit will be filed for missing deadline payment.
This app takes almost 108 percent annual interest. it says it is registered NBFC but they doesn’t follow a single rule. they hack phonebook, misuse pics and videos and send that to abuse contacts without consent.
requested for one week time so that i can pay the amount but they are not accepting

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
