I have taken a loan of INR 20,000/- in 2020. Due to financial crises i am not able to pay on time. These people have file a case against me and send summon on my father whatsapp. When i speak to Shaunak there legal guy he is asking me an amount of INR 59000/- i beg him like nothing and explain him my financial situation, after a lot request he ask me to make part payment and i make payment of INR 30,000/- on June 2021 and ask me to pay more INR 20,000/- in July. Till time i have taken services of singledebt (Debt management services) when there legal team try to speak with them they refuse to talk and started calling me and using abusive language. They are telling that they will not speak to third party even if i have legally authorized single debt for all my debt. Now they started presenting ECS from July 2022 10 to 15 times in a day. I send mail to both Datson Export and Creditt for loan closer amount as they are displaying my outstanding for INR 20000/-loan as INR 1,55,000/- and paid amount is not displaying at all. Now if they are not entertain third party which i legally authorized why should i entertain their collection guy.

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
