CreditQ is bombarding me with unsolicited automated recorded calls from 9 AM to 9 PM, using hundreds of different calling numbers. This is continuous, coercive, and amounts to telephonic harassment. The calls relate to disputed and unverified claims, which I do not accept. Any reconciliation, deductions, recoveries, or LDs are strictly matters between the two contracting parties. CreditQ is a third party with no legal standing. It is not a court, arbitrator, or statutory authority. No explanation is owed to CreditQ. If any dues exist, there are lawful recovery mechanisms in India. Harassment is not one of them.
