I have made a booking with ID NF98151266680258 with MakeMyTrip for Travel in May2020. The flight was cancelled due to pandemic and Spice Jet had provided a credit shell for 2031.00. When contacted , Spice jet informed that Credit shell can be used for rebooking only through MMT and Airlines have confirmed that they t have transferred the credit to MMT already. However, In booking section of MMT no such booking transaction is visible in Past or completed Transactions to use the credit shell. MMT is not responding to any emails and the customer care is not responsive
