Dear Sir, or Madam, My name is Kannaji Lakshmi Durga, I have taken a personal loan of Rs.5750 on 6-9-2019 from PC Financial Pvt Ltd (Cash Been Loan App), due to my financial difficulties at that time I could not make the repayment on the due date. Moreover, they charged me 11,518 rupees every day in the form of interest, which I could not pay in one year due to financial difficulties. Next, I paid the amount to be settled with them through a recovery agent. , but since then till today my “cibil report and experian” reports show overdue amount, it is not cleared even till today, at that time the company was banned by RBI, I approached them again and asked them to pay the amount again and clear cibil if necessary but where are they? Not available, I am facing a lot of financial problems due to the overdue they registered in my cibil, I am not getting any kind of loans, I pray that you can give me justice in this matter, thank you
