I had taken a loan from Credit Pearl Loan app worth Rs. 8000 where I didn’t received the complete amount of Rs. 8000 of the amount in my account. It was approximately 50%-60% of the amount rest they had deducted as their service charge and interest. Now they are asking me to pay the complete amount of 8000 with an overdue charge of Rs. 1280 when I missed to pay for 2 days. I told them this is unethical so they started abusing me. They have accessed my personal data and misusing it in terms of harassing me and my complete contact list by using abusive language and sharing my edited pictures to them. Even when I read their privacy policy they have mentioned that they will not disclose any of my personal details it can only be used for developing business. Me along with my family are in depression now, so I am raising a complaint on this portal with a hope of help in stopping this kind of fraud application and scam. I am feeling ashamed to upload the messages sent by them but I do have all the proofs in my phone.
