My self MD. AHFAZ SIDDIQUI having A/c in DMart ready mobile App.
On 6-5-21 I placed grocery order thru DMart ready mob app and paid Rs. 3282/- using BHIM UPI.
I received message for my SBI A/c got debited for 3282/- .
Now DMart corresponding order shows the above payment is failed.
I have raised query with BHIM UPI platform they replied (email) that the said amount is credited to merchant’s A/c and thus do follow up with them.
It is hence requested kindly to resolve my issue i.e. deliver my placed order on scheduled date.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
