Sir ,I have recharged 444*4 on 17th December 2019.I have received first 1000 minutes out of 4000 minutes to make calls to non jio no.but today after after more than 84 days haven’t received 2nd 1000 minutes.jio is repeatedly sending messages to top up the balance .I have talked many times to customer care but they have no answer please help
