Sir, i have recharged my jio in june 2018 to increase my credit limit … at that time it showed my increased credit limit but now they have changed my credit limit to older one.. .. and the money i recharged with is gone in security deposit…. i contacted customer care they said to recharge again for the same thing …. while i said i already did recharged they don’t listen and they tried to convince me… when i said to register my complaint they just ignored n said we can’t register complaints as we don’t have the option for registering complaint….
they are cheating us…. please check it out so that i can get what i have paid for
i just told them i don’t need security deposit money i just need my increased credit limit but they just ignore me always… hope now my issue will be solved
