On 15.03.2021, I ( Dilip Kadakia ) paid Rs.544.00 from my HDFC A/c towards recharge for my JIO prepaid No. However payment was credited to your a/c as per E-mail dated 15.03.2021 received from my bank viz. HDFC immediately after the transaction was done. I haven’t received refund from your end. Kindly let me know procedure to get the refund. ( Transactio ID – 344505454 – Voucher Code : vc604f93e140b436
