I recently did a recharge for 598 with 84days validity. I received a notification of the ongoing 6GB data coupon that I am eligible for. When I logged in to Airtel Thanks App was when I realised it was a waste time. I didn’t not receive the credit as listed. This is quite misleading. What’s worse is when I try and dial the Airtel Customer Care, the IVR options doesn’t take my inputs and I never got around to speak to a human being. I gave up trying after few hours. This is a new low even for Airtel.

Airtel Xstream is another crappy App. The same recharge of 598 promises customers ,access to Premium content, yet that was not the case.

We have been experiencing intermittent / slow speed issue inspite of multiple escalations in the past from our neighborhood. We don’t have a solution to that either.

All these disappointing experiences are leaning towards leaving Airtel and opt for a service where we have easy and genuine access to customer care team. Every service has some flaws but they must be willing to own up to it and provide a solution and not chase away the customers
