I got a text message from Credit Diamond on 20th September that my loan of rs. 59000 is approved and is should log into the app the for disbursement of the same.
When I logged in the app, it asked me to submit details and apply for loan.
after doing this it told me to wait.
half an hour later it showed that only 2000 loan has been processed. it did not ask for my consent to credit the same, nor had any option of cancelling. further I got a credit of rs. 1100 only from some random sender on 21st September.
Now on 24th September, they are asking me to repay the loan. they are also sending the obscene messages to my contacts saying that I am selling my family members to repay loan and abusing me. they have the contacts even when I have removed the permissions as well as the app from my phone.
I want to press charges on them for misleading information, unfair trade practice, defamation, mental harassment, breach of privacy and unfair storage and use of personal data.
I am ready to pay rs. 1100 to them once the issue is resolved.
