sir i had RBL bank credit card which i was PAYING regularly. The amount was never deposited late by me, the amount was deposited by me on bill payment. But in April, due to something wrong with me, my card payment could not be done. Which I could not do even though I wanted to deposit it. Because I could not pay for being in police custody from may to July because I asked. As soon as my father was diagnosed with cancer, all our money went towards his treatment. My loan payment has never been delayed. Along with that all the reward points available on my card were also lapsed. Whose benefit was not given to me, nor was this amount adjusted in my card.
Along with this, my card was misused by their collection department, that card was taken from me and more amount was withdrawn from that card. No one can answer me even after complaining to me. I was issued a new card, whereas I had not activated this card, the annual charge of this card was also added to me. I was cheated everywhere. Now I am being forced to pay more than the amount I have not used. Which I am unable to pay, so you should try to get me some more rebate in this card no. 1993 rbl bank card.
