Credit cards points for redemption is not being done even after several attempts .
Only lame excuses are given to drag the issue . Customer services has not exactly pointed about what is the inadequate info that needs to be furnished . Downloaded Form is completed in all aspects and HDFC Branch sends them to LB Road Office , Tiruvanmiyur , Chennai . Customer services is silent to point out the inadequate info . This is after Grievance Redressal Executive resolving it . I get a message alert stating the issue is closed .
Only Customers harassing dept can tell me what got resolved . I receive it is COPY & PASTE responses received .
Grievance was contacted . It was agreed and I complied to what was said . Despite this issue is not getting resolved .
