I was provided HDFC bank credit card in 2019 which has signature and mobile number of a different person. Accidently I made payment into that credit card of Rs 50 thousand rupees. I approached my home branch and even credit card department to either refund the money back OR update the KYC with my signature and mobile number. Currently the card is not activated and hence it is of no use to me. Since 2 years they are asking me to update the form and it has been done 5-6 times. Whoever I got connected neither responds on call or on WhatsApp(Shariq Shaikh and Sabitha)
