This has been an harrowing experience to use postpe. I made a HDFC bank credit card payment through postpe on 29th April. This payment is yet not credit to my credit card account.
I am incurring ~35% interest on the outstanding amount. Not to mention the irreparable damage this has done to my credit score and a perfect repayment history.
I tried reaching out to postpe customer care through help@postpe.app but received no/dumb responses.
Upon reaching out to postpe through email, I was asked for some documents which I provided on the same day i.e. 06th May 2022. Since then I tried reaching out for a response but I received a response only today asking for same set of documents again. This can be attributed to a dumb and incompetent customer service team. How difficult can it be to go through trailing emails? This deliberate delay by postpe’s customer service team is compounding to the interest I am being charged by my credit card provider.
Upon faced with gross incompetency of postpe customer service, I tried reaching SBM Bank. They created a SR against my complaint today.
Having said that, I want a swift resolution of the issue along with an acknowledgement that postpe is going to pay for all the interest that I will incur because of this delay.
