I made my credit card payment using CRED app, amount of 29,136/- was deducted from my HDFC account but CRED never transferred it to my ICICI Credit card. I have raised a complaint on the cred app but they have stopped responding. Attached screenshot of payment deducted by CRED from my HDFC bank.
