My bill due date for Kotak credit card is 2nd or 3rd of every month. Its 2nd of September this time. I paid in 2 installments, one paid on 1st September and the 2nd payment done on 2nd September. After the entire payment was done, credit limit increased with the total amount paid. However, I received a mail this morning (3rd September) stating “We have not received your payment towards your Kotak Credit Card xxxxxxxx for the month of Aug. Total outstanding on your Kotak credit card is Rs. _____. We request you to make at least the minimum payment of Rs.____ to keep your account in good standing.
Please ignore this mail if you have already made the payment.

Numbers provided do not work. Email provided doesn’t work. Why the hell do you send emails when you don’t have the ability to handle things at your end ?
