Dear Sir./Madam.
I am sai baba and my RBL credit card account no is last foru digits is 3440. I have received a safari card form RBL saying its free life time card when they issued this card and i dont even create pin also they send me neary Rs 5800 as annual fee that time i called customer care asked them to close my card. they closed my card and kept as negative payment in Cibil. because of this my cibil score is effecting. Please do help me out of this.

My case is of dt 19/5/19 , Somebody from bank related person who controls back end software for Mobile App / Website was involved in fraud
I have set my max use limit as Rs 20000 /- for my Credit card , on 19th bank related person who documented my details called me regarding credit points encasement & after assuring some of my personal details they got other details like CVV , OTP from me .
Bank system totally failed as they virtually debited amount more than Rs 20000 without intimation
I have informed bank about this fraud transduction within 3 Hours , They blocked my card on same day
Initially they assured me of refund but after few days they started denying
After few months of harassment they send me legal notice
They have been following me through mails , call from third party agents , whats up msg
I have never missed single EMI since my first loan in 2010 but they spoiled my CIBIL score
I have replied them n number of times over phone calls , emails
They used female representatives to do so . Phone no of them provided to bank on same day

Bank stock moved down from Rs 650 to Rs 140 since April 2019
I have mailed this thing to RBI in 2019 , may resulted in action
