I have made my husbands credit card payment through PhonePe as it shows that the amount is instantly credited but after payment was successful it’s not being updated on credit card when I raised a complaint against it now the PhonePe bot or executive says that it would be credited in 3 days.
But I will be charged for paying the amount later than the stipulated time period.
I have requested to kindly refund the same back to my bank account if it’s not credited instantly to the credit card but no response from their side.
So I have decided to file an complaint against this kind of behaviour.
