Dear Team ,
I am writing to report a case of online credit card fraud that I experienced Today . My name is Sunny Sharma and my credit card number associated with this complaint is 4430 that is of IndusInd Bank .
Details of the fraud:
* Date and time of discovery: 3 February 2024 at 4:57 pm
* Description of fraudulent activity: I got a call from person referring him as a Indusind bank employers they called me for fee waiver facility and sent me a form in my WhatsApp number and when i installed it and immediately my limit in credit card was used as it was a collection of 4 transactions and total of 1,63,000INR . AFTER THAT I cut the call and went to bank and register a complaint in their customer care and after that my phone was hacked and now i attached my sim in alternate phone .
* Estimated amount of loss: A collection of 4 transactions -: amount with reference number is given below :-
49,000 (ref number :- 6982631114949593412)

25,000 (ref number :- 6534079398984245576)
40,000 (ref number :- 7479687080799052432)
And total is 163000 INR
Actions already taken:
* I have already contacted my bank, Indusind Bank Customer care and reported the fraudulent activity. They have blocked my card . And lodged a complaint .
* i have lodged a complaint at nearby police station and tried to call at Cyber crime (1930) . But it was not connected and also open the website for complaint lodging but it was also on low server .
Additional information:
I am attaching the following documents to support my complaint:
* A copy of my bank statement showing the fraudulent transactions
* Any relevant communication with the merchant involved in the fraudulent activity
I request you to investigate this matter urgently and take necessary action to apprehend the culpritinvolved. I am available to provide any further information that you may require.
Please look in this matter as i am unable to pay that much big amount to the bank . So kindly look into this matter
